Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Youth Justice Service with London Borough of Lambeth. Interested in this role? You can find all the relevant information in the description below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and management within the Youth Justice Service.
  • Manage, supervise, and support a team of practitioners delivering youth justice interventions.
  • Oversee assessments, interventions, and risk management plans in line with statutory youth justice frameworks.
  • Ensure high-quality practice, compliance with national standards, and adherence to statutory timescales.
  • Quality assure casework, reports, and court documentation.
  • Support effective partnership working with police, courts, probation, education, and health services.
  • Contribute to service development, performance management, and inspection readiness.
  • Promote a child-first, trauma-informed, and restorative approach to youth justice practice.

Working Pattern:

  • Hybrid working

Pay Rate:

  • £43.70 - £45.20 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:

  • Social Work or relevant professional qualification
  • Registration with the appropriate professional body (where applicable)
  • Significant experience within Youth Justice or related statutory services
  • Proven experience managing and supervising staff
  • Strong knowledge of youth justice legislation, risk management, and safeguarding
