Eden Brown Synergy is currently working with Lambeth Council, who are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Assessment Team.
- Managing complex and varied caseloads within a busy Assessment Team.
- Undertaking high-quality, child-focused assessments under Section 17 and Section 47.
- Leading on child protection enquiries and supporting decision-making at the front door.
- Providing professional guidance and support to less experienced social workers.
- Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
- Attending and contributing to strategy meetings, legal planning meetings, and child protection conferences.
