Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join the Assessment Team at Lambeth Council.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertakes complex child and family assessments in line with statutory requirements.
- Manages high-risk safeguarding cases and contributes to timely decision-making.
- Provides practice guidance, mentoring, and oversight to Social Workers.
- Supports quality assurance, reflective supervision, and practice improvement.
- Works in partnership with multi-agency professionals to safeguard children and young people.
- Maintains accurate, timely, and analytical case recording.

Essential Requirements
- Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent)
- Social Work England registration
- Significant experience within Assessment and Child Protection teams
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and statutory guidance
