£400-£500 per day
Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic and operational leadership to a 1-form entry primary school
- Leading the school through the Autumn Term and maintaining stability across teaching, learning and school improvement
- Preparing the school for an upcoming Ofsted inspection and evidencing progress made since the previous inspection
- Driving improvement priorities and ensuring continued progress against the school development plan
- Supporting staff performance, pupil outcomes and the overall quality of education
- Working closely with governors, senior leaders and stakeholders to maintain high standards across the school
- Ensuring safeguarding, attendance and compliance requirements are effectively managed
- Acting as a visible and credible leader for pupils, staff and the wider school community
Qualifications:
- Previous Headteacher experience in a primary school setting is essential, with a strong track record of school improvement and Ofsted readiness.
