Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join Hammersmith & Fulham Council, working within the Family Support & Child Protection Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing complex Child in Need, Child Protection, and court cases.
- Undertaking statutory assessments and direct work with children and families.
- Leading on high-risk cases and contributing to decision-making processes.
- Supporting and mentoring Social Workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers.
- Attending and contributing to strategy meetings, core groups, and court proceedings.
- Maintaining high-quality case recordings and reports within statutory timescales.
Working Pattern:
- Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
- £39.04 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker - Degree or equivalent
- Significant experience within Child Protection / Family Support teams
- Experience managing complex and court-based cases
- Social Work England registration
- Enhanced DBS
