Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the SEND Team for the London Borough of Haringey. Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Undertake statutory SEND assessments in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014.
  • Contribute to the completion, review, and monitoring of Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans.
  • Work in partnership with families, schools, health professionals, and other agencies.
  • Provide clear advice, guidance, and support to families throughout the SEND process.
  • Maintain high-quality case recording and report writing in line with statutory requirements.
  • Apply relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice consistently.

  • Hybrid working

Pay Rate:

  • £37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
  • Experience working within a SEND / Disability service
  • Sound knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory guidance
  • Social Work England Registration
