Occupational Therapist - Double Handed Care Project
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Double Handed Care Project in Hackney.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated review team, helping to deliver innovative care solutions that promote independence and improve outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist occupational therapy services as part of the Double Handed Care Project.
- Carry out comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
- Provide expert moving and handling assessments and recommendations.
- Train and support care staff to ensure safe and effective implementation of care plans.
- Review and adapt care plans in line with best practice and service user needs.
- Maintain accurate case records and undertake community visits as required.
Requirements
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Significant experience in moving and handling assessments.
- Strong assessment, communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
