Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Band 7 Lead Midwife to support maternity services at Noble's Hospital, Isle of Man. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong clinical expertise, operational oversight, and the ability to lead and support midwifery teams in delivering safe, high-quality, woman-centred care.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, supporting workforce delivery, and ensuring compliance with professional, regulatory, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
