Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating services to meet the needs of service users, ensuring their wellbeing, independence, and rights are upheld. The role allows for hybrid working, offering flexibility once integrated into the team.
Requirements
- Experienced Social Worker with a background in Learning Disabilities.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in adult social care.
- Ability to manage complex cases effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and professional skills.
- HCPC registration (if applicable) and professional qualifications in social work.
