Eden Brown Synergy Recruitment are seeking an experienced Locum Leaving Care Team Manager to join this dynamic team in North West London. Role Overview: You will lead and manage a dedicated Leaving Care Team, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to care leavers as they transition to independence. Your leadership will focus on supporting social workers, improving outcomes for young people, and ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a team of social workers and personal advisers within the Leaving Care Service. Oversee case management, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Drive performance and service improvements while maintaining compliance with statutory frameworks. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for care leavers. Requirements: Previous management experience within a Leaving Care Team Current SWE registration. Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making skills. In-depth knowledge of legislation, regulations, and best practice for leaving care services. Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
