The predicted salary is between 56700 - 69300 Β£ per year.
The role will involve: * Providing strategic leadership across education strategy, pupil place planning, school sufficiency and access arrangements across the borough. * Leading SEND, Inclusion, Educational Psychology, Outreach Services, Virtual School, Admissions and Vulnerable Pupils Services to ensure high quality outcomes for children and young people. * Driving improvements in inclusion, attendance and exclusion reduction through effective partnership working with schools, health partners and wider stakeholders. * Leading preparation for Ofsted, CQC and other regulatory inspections, implementing improvement plans and ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities. * Managing significant budgets, service performance and workforce development whilst delivering service transformation and continuous improvement. * Acting as a key senior leader within Education and Learning, providing advice to elected members, presenting reports and contributing to wider Childrens Services strategy. * Ensuring effective school admissions, Fair Access Protocols and provision for vulnerable learners, including children with SEND.
