Eden Brown Education is recruiting an Inclusive Learning Lead in West Yorkshire for a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week). You will lead SEND provision, develop support plans, contribute to EHCP reviews and ensure effective Assess-Plan-Do-Review processes to raise learner outcomes.
You will monitor progress, provide targeted interventions, and support transitions while promoting inclusive learning practices and assistive technologies. DBS may be required.
