Qualified Social Worker (QSW) in Adult Social Care - Review Team
Location: Hull | Orchard Centre (HU6 9BX)
Rate: £32.40 - £35.00 per hour
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Review Team in Hull.
Role overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing statutory reviews across a range of settings, including:
- Care homes
- Community-based services
- Day services
You will also ensure that direct payments and care packages are meeting assessed needs and achieving positive outcomes.
Working arrangements:
- Flexible working hours (by agreement with the manager)
- Office-based at least 3 days per week
