We are currently recruiting for an experienced Adult Mental Health Social Worker to join an Adult Locality Mental Health Team in Hounslow.
- Team: Adult Locality Mental Health Team
- Contract: Initial 3-6 month assignment
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
- Location: Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Middlesex, TW3 3EB
- Working Pattern: Hybrid - minimum of 2 days per week on-site (subject to service needs)
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within an Adult Mental Health team in a Local Authority setting
- Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Safeguarding, and Mental Capacity Assessments
- Experience using the Liquidlogic case management system
- Social Work qualification and current registration
Additional Information:
- Council IT equipment will be provided and must be collected in person from Hounslow House on your first day.
- Hybrid working is available, although attendance in the office may increase depending on service demand.
