About the Role
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care team in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident senior practitioner with strong supervisory experience to play a key role in supporting both service users and colleagues within a busy local authority setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake complex Occupational Therapy assessments within Adult Social Care
- Complete moving & handling assessments and recommend appropriate equipment/adaptations
- Support care planning to promote independence and reduce risk
- Provide supervision and professional support to junior staff
- Manage a complex caseload, ensuring timely and effective interventions
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with Care Act duties and local authority procedures
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Occupational Therapist
- HCPC Registered
- Significant experience within Adult Social Care
- Previous supervisory experience (essential)
- Strong assessment, risk management & clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Working Arrangements
- Flexible working hours agreed with line manager
- Minimum of 3 days per week office-based
- Hybrid working arrangements available
