Qualified Social Worker (QSW) – Adult Social Care Review Team Hull | Orchard Centre (HU6 9BX) • £32.40 - £35.00 per hour
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Review Team in Hull.
Responsibilities- Complete statutory reviews across a range of settings, including care homes, community-based services, and day services.
- Ensure that direct payments and care packages are meeting assessed needs and achieving positive outcomes.
- Flexible working hours (by agreement with the manager)
- Office-based at least 3 days per week
- DBS check processed and paid for by Eden Brown Synergy
- £300 referral bonus if you refer a colleague or friend
- Bonus for finding your own role
- Twice-weekly payroll
- Dedicated recruitment consultant to support you throughout your job search, placement, and beyond
