Head Of Family Services - SEND

Eden Brown Synergy are seeking a Head of Family Services – SEND working across the Westminster and Harrow areas.

This role is vital to providing holistic, high-quality support to families of children and adults with SEND.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring services meet grant and commission outcomes.
2. Service Delivery: Oversee tailored support plans, parent participation groups, therapies, events, and SENDIASS.
3. Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with schools, family hubs, social care, health services, and other stakeholders to meet families’ needs.
4. Advocacy: Promote the rights of children and young adults with SEND, ensuring family voices are heard and included in service development.
5. Strategic Development: Assess and respond to emerging needs, working with the Assistant Director to deliver forward-thinking services.
