Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the SEND Team for the London Borough of Haringey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Undertake statutory SEND assessments in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014.
  • Contribute to the completion, review, and monitoring of Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans.
  • Work in partnership with families, schools, health professionals, and other agencies.
  • Provide clear advice, guidance, and support to families throughout the SEND process.
  • Maintain high-quality case recording and report writing in line with statutory requirements.
  • Apply relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice consistently.

Working Pattern: Hybrid working

Pay Rate: £37.52 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
  • Experience working within a SEND / Disability service
  • Sound knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory guidance
  • Social Work England Registration
