Eden Brown Synergy is looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to conduct reviews for adult social care service users in Hackney. This role requires enabling service users to regain or maintain independence, promoting a 'doing with' approach, and delivering person-centred care in line with best practice.
Location: Hackney, London
Rate: £36 per hour

- HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist
- Relevant experience in adult social care, reablement, or community therapy
- Strong communication, organisation, and review skills
