I am currently recruiting for an experienced Support Advisor.

Hours: Full Time 37.5 Hours

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of service users
  • Providing holistic wellbeing and welfare support
  • Supporting vulnerable individuals, including those in crisis
  • Working alongside statutory and third sector partners
  • Delivering trauma-informed support plans
  • Maintaining accurate case records and outcome reporting

Candidates with experience in any of the following environments are encouraged to apply:

  • Complex needs support

To be considered, you should have:

  • Previous case management/support experience
  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults or complex needs clients
