About the Role
You will deliver engaging and accessible GCSE English lessons to learners across a range of abilities, supporting both resit and progression cohorts. The role requires strong classroom management, a student-centred approach, and the ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs within Further Education.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative English department focused on improving outcomes, sharing best practice, and driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality GCSE English teaching to post-16 learners
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements

About You
- You will have a recognised teaching qualification or proven strong experience teaching GCSE English in the UK
