Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic Games Design Lecturer for a Further Education College in Manchester. This is a permanent part time role (0.8 FTE - 4 days per week) to start in the new academic year.

A leading education recruitment agency is currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Games Design Lecturer on behalf of a well-established Further Education College. This is a permanent opportunity for a creative and industry-aware individual to inspire and develop the next generation of games designers and digital creatives.

The Role

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and innovative teaching across Level 1 to Level 3 Games Design programmes. You will have a strong understanding of vocational qualifications, including BTEC and OCR awarding bodies, and be confident supporting learners in developing both technical and creative industry skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across Games Design courses from Level 1-3
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to BTEC and OCR specifications
  • Support students in developing practical and theoretical games design skills
  • Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback and support
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities
  • Prepare learners for progression to higher education or employment
