We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fostering Social Worker to join a dedicated fostering team within a progressive local authority in Suffolk. Key Responsibilities
- Undertake assessments of prospective foster carers, including Form F assessments.
- Provide ongoing supervision, support, and annual reviews for approved foster carers.
- Ensure foster carers are fully equipped to meet the needs of children and young people in placement.
- Work collaboratively with children's social workers, virtual schools, and partner agencies.
- Participate in fostering panel processes and contribute to decision-making.
- Support placement stability and promote positive outcomes for looked after children.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and reports in line with statutory requirements.

Essential Requirements
