Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Double-Handed Review Project in Cheshire West. This project focuses on reviewing and optimising care packages for adults, ensuring safe, proportionate, and effective support.
Role Overview
- Conduct moving and handling assessments for service users requiring double-handed care
- Provide professional recommendations for right-size care packages
- Work collaboratively with care providers, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure service users receive safe, person-centred, and proportionate care
- Promote independence and wellbeing while optimising resource allocation
Essential Requirements
- Registered Occupational Therapist (HCPC)
- Experience with moving and handling assessments and double-handed care reviews
- Strong knowledge of proportionate care principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
