Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Double-Handed Review Project in Cheshire West. This project focuses on reviewing and optimising care packages for adults, ensuring safe, proportionate, and effective support.
Role Overview
- Conduct moving and handling assessments for service users requiring double-handed care
- Provide professional recommendations for right-size care packages
- Work collaboratively with care providers, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams

Essential Requirements
