Eden Brown Synergy is currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner Social Worker to join the Transitions Service in East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced social worker with a strong background in safeguarding and C DoLS, who is confident managing a Transitions caseload and able to travel as required.
