Job Opportunity: Qualified Social Worker - Neighbourhood Support Team (Adults) - East Sussex

Location: Lewes and North Wealden areas, East Sussex

Rate: £38 per hour (6-month contract)

We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Neighbourhood Support Team (Adults), working within the community to carry out Care Act assessments and reviews, covering rural areas in Lewes and North Wealden.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years recent experience working in a similar team setting
  • Must be a car user to travel to community visits
  • SWE Registered
