We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Children & Adults Occupational Therapy and Sensory Service in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, managing a duty caseload across children and adult services.
The Role
- Manage a duty caseload within the Children & Adults Occupational Therapy and Sensory Service.
- Complete occupational therapy assessments and provide appropriate interventions.
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers, and partner agencies.
- Deliver person-centred solutions that promote independence and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate case records and reports in line with professional standards.
Essential Requirements
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience managing occupational therapy caseloads within children's and/or adult social care.
- Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working model.
- Current office attendance required on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Remote working on remaining days, subject to service requirements.
Please note that the current hybrid working policy is likely to change within the next three months.
Pay: £38 per hour
