Job: Curriculum Manager – Sport & Public Services Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-time Salary: £46,473 per annum Location: Buckinghamshire Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking Curriculum Manager – Sports & Public Services. This is a full-time position (37 hours per week, year-round) across two campuses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of academic quality within Further Education, in-depth knowledge of teaching, learning, and assessment, and experience managing curriculum processes to drive improvement. The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, is essential. Your expertise will contribute significantly to shaping students’ development and transforming lives. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver outstanding student outcomes through the leadership and management of a team including lecturers, support staff, and external partners. * Line manage and support a high-performing team, fostering their professional growth. * Ensure the curriculum meets the needs of students, employers, and local stakeholders. * Implement business planning strategies for growth and sustainability, focusing on staff utilization, resource management, and financial oversight to enhance the student experience. * Promote an aspirational culture among students and staff. * Set high standards for learners and staff to cultivate an outstanding team.
