Pay Rate: £33.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office, with the remainder working from home, visiting children and families, or attending court.
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting experienced Family Court Advisers to join CAFCASS across Coventry, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children while benefiting from a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
The Role
- Manage a caseload of public and private law proceedings.
- Complete assessments and prepare high-quality reports for the Family Court.
- Work directly with children and families to understand their wishes and feelings.
- Attend court hearings and provide professional recommendations focused on the child's best interests.
- Liaise with local authorities, legal professionals and partner agencies.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Experience within children's social care.
- Strong assessment, report writing and court work experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
