About the Facility
- We're recruiting for a new, purpose-built NHS inpatient mental health service designed to promote dignity, privacy, recovery and staff wellbeing.
- The hospital features:
- 60+ ensuite bedrooms across four wards
- Two patient lounges per ward
- Dedicated gardens per ward and woodland area for walks
- Therapy rooms, sensory & calm spaces
- Sports, art, music and spirituality rooms
- Education suite, air-conditioned gym and modern entertainment systems
- Staff kitchenettes, lounges, dedicated garden, changing areas & secure bike storage
Candidate Requirements
- Full GMC registration
- Section 12 and Approved Clinician status
- Experience working in inpatient and/or community mental health teams
- Commitment to high-quality, recovery-focused care
