Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Childcare Lecturer to join a college in Merseyside, delivering Level 2 Childcare T-Level programmes across four days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate education professional to support students in developing the knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours needed for successful careers in the early years and childcare sector.

The role

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Level 2 Childcare T Level programmes.
  • Plan lessons and prepare relevant teaching and learning resources.
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide support where required.
  • Prepare students for practical and work-related elements of their programmes.

About you

  • A relevant qualification in Childcare, Early Years, Education or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching or supporting learners at Level 2 and/or T Level.
  • Current knowledge of early years and childcare practice.
  • A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
  • Strong classroom management, communication and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve their potential.

Monday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday
