The predicted salary is between 2250 - 2250 € per month.
Social Worker required for work within Cardiff Council in the Wales Cardiff area completing Form F assessments. Pay per assessment - 2250. Assessments are available countywide. The appointed Social Worker will be part of the fostering team as an Independent Form F Assessor.
Experience of working with foster carers as professional colleagues and working in a multi-disciplinary arena are essential. The Social Worker will be under the line management and general supervision of the Team Manager and must have the following skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with children and adults whilst getting to the truth.
- Ability to show respect and consideration to prospective carers whilst undertaking this vital and sensitive work.
- Ability to plan, organise and manage a caseload, keep appropriate and accurate case records and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Fluent, accurate, concise, and objective reports, which are consistent with statutory guidance and Pathway Care procedures.
- Competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in the Regional Support centre and with other professionals.
Ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
