Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Referral & Assessment Team at the London Borough of Bromley. Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing referrals and undertaking child and family assessments under S17 and S47 of the Children Act. * Completing timely, child-focused and outcome-led assessments in line with statutory guidance and local procedures. * Identifying risk, need and protective factors to inform decision-making and planning. * Responding to safeguarding concerns and determining appropriate levels of intervention. * Working directly with children and families using a strengths-based and child-centred approach. * Liaising with partner agencies including health, police and education as part of a multi-agency framework. * Making clear recommendations regarding next steps, support services or escalation where required. * Maintaining accurate, timely and high-quality case recordings in line with statutory requirements.
