Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for a Permanent Qualified Social Worker to join their Multiple Child & Family Team at Bradford Children Family Trust across Bradford.
Working Model: Bradford (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: (£38,220 - £46,142 per annum)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
- Undertake high-quality assessments and develop effective care plans
- Progress cases through Pre-Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) where required
- Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
- Ensure all practice is child-centred, timely, and in line with statutory requirements
About You
We are looking for Social Workers who:
- Have experience within Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
- Are confident working within Pre-Proceedings / PLO
- Demonstrate strong assessment, analysis, and decision-making skills
- Are resilient and able to manage complex and demanding caseloads
- Are committed to delivering relational, child-focused practice
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid working model
- Minimum 3 days per week in the office
- Flexible full-time or part-time (18.5 hours) options available

Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
- Social Work England Registration
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
