Eden Brown are seeking an experienced Learning Support Worker for a Further Education College based in West Yorkshire. This is a full time temporary role to start asap. This is an excellent opportunity to support learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them achieve their academic and personal goals in a supportive college environment.

Role Overview

As a Learning Support Worker, you will work closely with students who require additional support within the classroom and around the college. You will assist learners with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to SEN learners
  • Support students within classroom settings and practical activities
  • Encourage learner independence, confidence, and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
  • Assist with behaviour management and emotional support where required
  • Monitor and record learner progress

Requirements
