Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Specialist Practitioner to join the Practice Academy Team at Birmingham Children's Trust.

Pay Rate: £33.30 per hour (Umbrella)

Location: B30 3BN, Birmingham, United Kingdom

As a Specialist Practitioner within the Practice Academy Team, you will play a key role in supporting and developing frontline social work practice across children's services. You will provide mentoring, guidance, and practice support to Social Workers and ASYE's, helping to promote high standards of safeguarding and positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Skills Required

  • Experience supporting and mentoring Social Workers/ASYE's
  • Strong safeguarding and frontline children's social care experience
  • Ability to promote best practice and support professional development
  • Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills

Essential Requirements

  • Social Work Qualification - Degree, DipSW, or equivalent
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Experience within children's services
