Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Band 6 Mental Health Nurse for HMP Oakwood in Birmingham. You will manage your own caseload, assess and monitor prisoners with secondary mental health needs, and provide specialist nursing interventions within the integrated offender health model.
You will coordinate aftercare and liaise with primary care, substance misuse, and other services to maintain high standards of care.
