Birmingham Children's Trust is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Social Worker to join their Assessment and Short-Term Intervention Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families within the Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments of children and families to determine needs and risks.
- Developing and delivering short-term intervention plans.
- Providing support and guidance to families to ensure safety and well-being.
- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Managing a caseload and providing high-quality reports.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification – Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services.
- Social Work England Registration.
- Driving license and access to own vehicle.
