Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Practitioner to join the Learning Academy Team at Birmingham Children's Trust.
Pay Rate: £33.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: B30 3BN, Birmingham
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward‑thinking Learning Academy Team, supporting the development of social work practice and helping to shape the next generation of social workers. You will play a key role in mentoring, coaching and supporting practitioners while promoting high standards of practice across Children's Services.
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience within Children's Social Care services
- Ability to mentor, support and develop social workers and newly qualified practitioners
- Excellent safeguarding, assessment and case management knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to promote best practice and support continuous professional development
- Experience working within a multi‑agency environment
Essential Requirements
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Registered with Social Work England
- Significant post‑qualified experience within Children's Services
- Previous experience at Senior Practitioner level or equivalent
