Key Responsibilities- Assess and support learners working towards Early Years and Residential Childcare qualifications (Levels 2-5)
- Carry out workplace observations within residential childcare settings
- Complete assessment planning, feedback, and progress tracking in line with awarding body requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely learner records and documentation
- Support learners to achieve timely completion of their qualifications
- Liaise with employers, workplace mentors, and internal quality assurance teams
