Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Fostering Team for Buckinghamshire Council based in Aylesbury.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake Form F assessments and present completed assessments to Fostering Panel.
- Provide supervision and ongoing support to approved foster carers in line with statutory requirements.
- Complete annual foster carer reviews and ensure compliance with fostering regulations and national minimum standards.
- Contribute to placement matching and promote placement stability for children.
- Provide safeguarding advice and respond to allegations or concerns in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with children's social workers and multi-agency professionals to ensure coordinated support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case recordings and documentation in line with statutory requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with fostering legislation, regulations, and statutory guidance.
Working Pattern: Hybrid working
Pay Rate: £38 per hour Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience within children's social care
- Experience within Fostering services, including completion of Form F assessments
- Social Work England Registration
- Strong knowledge of fostering regulations and safeguarding legislation
