We are actively seeking an experienced Band 6 Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team, supporting neurodiverse children and young people across a range of educational and community settings.

Role Overview

  • Minimum 18 hours per week, up to full time
  • Term-time only or full-time (minimum 38 weeks per year)
  • Community-based role with visits to homes, schools, colleges, nurseries, and clinics

Responsibilities

  • Support neurodiverse children and young people across educational and community settings.
  • Conduct assessments and plan suitable interventions within prescribed frameworks.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 2-4 years' paediatric experience
  • Experience working in specialist schools or mainstream schools, pre-schools, and colleges
  • Experience supporting neurodiverse children and young people aged 2-25
  • Confident in standardised assessments and treatment delivery
  • Experience with Gross Motor Skills (GMS), Fine Motor Skills (FMS), and self-regulation difficulties
  • Experience within both public and private sector settings
  • Sensory Integration qualifications desirable

Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 2 hours per day (if required)
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
  • Right to work in the UK (no overseas sponsorship available)
  • Ideally reside in Hampshire or be willing to relocate to this area
  • HCPC Registered
  • RCOT Registered with Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Fully Enhanced DBS
  • Three professional references required
