The London Borough of Havering is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - HAT Team.
This dynamic role will involve working collaboratively to provide high-quality support and intervention to adults in need, ensuring their wellbeing and safeguarding.
You will be an integral part of a passionate team, committed to making a positive impact in the community.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing person-centered care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
