Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Social Worker to join the innovative Waiting Well Team within the London Borough of Havering. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated service focused on improving outcomes for adults awaiting assessment or intervention. The Waiting Well Team plays a crucial role in managing waiting lists, undertaking risk assessments, and ensuring vulnerable residents receive timely support while waiting for longer-term services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review cases for individuals awaiting intervention across front-line adult social care services.
- Complete risk assessments and ensure risks are appropriately identified, monitored, and managed.
