Rate: £30-£40 per hour
Eden Brown are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Health & Social Care Lecturer to join a leading further education college in the Widnes area on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire learners and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Health & Social Care programmes up to level 3.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Health & Social Care lessons.
* Plan and prepare high-quality teaching materials and learning activities.
* Support, motivate and assess students to help them achieve their learning goals.
* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Relevant qualifications and/or professional experience in Health & Social Care.
* Teaching or lecturing experience within further education or a similar setting to level 3
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for supporting learners and helping them succeed.
* The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons independently.
A DBS is also needed for this role.
