Purpose of the role
To provide accurate, timely and insightful data analysis to support effective planning, performance management and decision-making across Adult Social Care.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret adult social care data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards and performance information for managers and senior leaders.
- Support statutory reporting, data quality and performance monitoring.
- Work with teams to understand data requirements and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure data is accurate, consistent and handled in line with relevant legislation and information governance requirements.
Essential skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience using Excel and/or data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
Experience working with health, social care or local authority data is desirable.
