Role: Media Lecturer

Rate: £25 - £35 per hour
Eden Brown are recruiting for an experience Media Lecturer for a Further Education College in Lancashire
This is a temporary opportunity, hours are 28 - 35 per week, to start asap, for 6 weeks initially.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach across a range of Media programmes, supporting learners to develop both their creative and technical skills while preparing them for progression into higher education and industry.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across a variety of Media and Creative qualifications, including:
-A Level Media Studies
- BTEC Media Practice
- T Level Media, Broadcast and Production
- Level 3 3D Design
You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assess learner progress, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student achievement.
Specialist Skills and Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- 3D Design
- Maya
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Web Design
- HTML
Essential Requirements
- Experience teaching Media or Creative Digital subjects within a Further Education, Sixth Form or similar educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Media production, digital content creation and creative technologies.
- Experience delivering one or more of the qualifications listed above.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in Media, Digital Design, Creative Technologies or a related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Excellent communication and learner engagement skills.
