Eden Brown are currently recruiting both general Learning Support Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for students with complex needs on behalf of a leading college in Greater Manchester. These are full time temporary roles to start ASAP.
Your role is to create an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environment that enables every student to achieve their full potential.

- Some previous experience in supporting young people
- Sound understanding of the range of issues facing young people with barriers to their learning (including social, emotional and behavioural)
- An ability to motivate students with differing needs and abilities.
