Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Lecturer for a Further Education college in Lancashire. This is a part time temporary role to start asap until the end of the year. Hours are - Weds & Thurs, 9am-12pm.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging teaching to Year 2 BTEC Business students, and Year 1 T Level learners in Management and Administration. This is a key role in supporting our learners' academic and personal development as they work towards achieving their qualifications and progressing to higher education or the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet curriculum standards
  • Inspire and motivate students through innovative and interactive teaching methods
  • Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent learner outcomes
  • Support the development and assessment of T Level industry placements (as required)
Requirements:
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
  • Relevant subject degree or professional qualification in Business or related field
  • Experience teaching BTEC Business (ideally Year 2)
  • Knowledge and/or experience with T Levels, particularly Management and Administration (preferred but training can be provided)
