Eden Brow are seeking a dedicated and proactive Apprenticeship Coach to support and guide a caseload of Greenkeeping apprentices (Level 2 and Level 3) on behalf of a leading college in Berkshire. Your role will be critical in helping apprentices progress successfully to their End Point Assessment (EPA) Gateway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caseload Management: Manage a designated caseload of apprentices, conducting regular workplace or remote visits to provide coaching and formative assessments.
- Coaching & Assessment: Deliver tailored coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to support apprentices in achieving their goals. Provide additional support to learners as needed to promote timely and successful completion of the programme.
- Employer Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the apprentice and their employer, explaining apprenticeship standards clearly and maintaining consistent communication to keep employers actively engaged throughout the process.
- Progress Reviews: Conduct progress reviews every 8-12 weeks with both the apprentice and their line manager.
- Initial Assessments: Carry out initial assessments to determine the appropriate level and pathway. Establish realistic start and end dates and conduct a comprehensive skills scan with the apprentice and employer during the first visit.
